Research Assignments

Students in the EENR Clinic complete weekly research assignments in preparation for class lectures from attorneys in the AG's office. These assignments require students to locate materials regarding how to draft various pleadings and other documents typically filed in administrative record review cases in federal court and natural resources litigation in state court.

Class Assignments

Students draft court documents relating to an administrative record arising from a case actually litigated in federal court. Class assignments are part of the experiential learning component of the Clinic. Previous assignments have required students to draft a petition for review of agency action and draft an answer to a complaint.
