Sam Kalen, Faculty Director

Temple Stoellinger, Assistant Faculty Director

University of Wyoming College of Law's natural resources practicumThe Energy, Environmental and Natural Resources Clinic provides law students interested in working in the areas of environmental and natural resources law with an introduction to some fundamental skills as applied to substantive legal problems related to natural resources.

The Clinic is organized into three parts:

  • litigation practices,
  • practice before agencies and
  • drafting and negotiation skills.

The Clinic will utilize practitioners from the Wyoming Office of the Attorney General, from other state agencies and from private practice to teach the skills needed to succeed in this area of law.  Students will be encouraged to further develop these skills by working as an extern or intern during the following summer.

If you would like additional information about the Energy, Environmental and Natural Resources Clinic, please contact Professor Sam Kalen or Temple Stoellinger.
