A Message from the Summer Bridge Coordinator...

The University of Wyoming offers academic, social, and outdoor opportunities you won’t find on any other campus! Discover your passion and get a head start on your education in the Summer Bridge. Ease into your college transition. As a Summer Bridge student, you will take 6-7 credits of academic coursework, putting you half a semester ahead of the game before others arrive on campus. While this is reason enough to participate, Summer Bridge is so much more!

Through academic skills workshops, tutoring, and a comprehensive introduction to UW and its systems, Summer Bridge prepares you to take full advantage of every opportunity available. You will have access to leadership development opportunities, service projects, and social events during your four-week experience. Plus, you will create a network of peers - many of whom will become your best friends - as well as connections to peer leaders, instructors, and other staff here to help you succeed. But the best part of all? You’ll create unforgettable memories that will last a lifetime!

The 2019 program runs July 29 to August 23. Apply by May 15th. If you have questions about the Summer Bridge Program, email uwsummer@uwyo.edu.

We look forward to welcoming you on July 29th! Hit the ground running once the fall semester starts!

Sincerely,
Mollie Hand

Summer Bridge Coordinator
