The Office of the General Counsel

 

The purpose of the Office of General Counsel (OGC) Web Page is to provide the User with quick and easy access to information on a variety of legal topics pertinent to higher education.  The Site provides a tutorial on basic areas of law as well as a list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's) and a Hot Topics list designed to provide an introduction to important new legal decisions and statutes. 

The Site also provides a link to the most updated Trustee Regulations and Bylaws; University Regulations; and University Information Circulars. 

The User is encouraged to contact OGC for assistance with specific legal questions or issues.

The User may want to review relevant topics prior to contacting OGC.
