Full-time MBA

The Full-time MBA program is perfect for students interested in an accelerated master’s business program on the University of Wyoming's campus in Laramie, Wyoming. The program is sequential, starting each fall semester.

Instruction

Experienced, resident faculty provide quality instruction that meets AACSB International accreditation, the highest standards in business education.  Combined with low student to faculty ratios, unique opportunities are created for personalized introductions to an innovative curriculum, hosted in state-of-the art classrooms.   The program takes an integrative approach to theory and practice, with an emphasis on written/oral communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.  Students are also exposed to the global business community through an international trip, field work, international MBA student networking and company visits.

Career Advising/Development

UW MBA students acquire and practice industry-relevant skills. The Johnson Career Center, housed in the College of Business, provides exclusive career advising assistance to MBA students. The MBA program facilitates a number of corporate networking opportunities that include an Executive Speaker Series, on-site company visits, and mentoring program.  Additionally, students will participate in a summer consulting project that not only allows them to partner with companies to address strategic challenges, but also provides access to organizational leaders with hiring influence.

Admissions and Applications

Admission to the Full-time MBA program is competitive, and only top candidates will be considered. Applications for admission will be accepted on a rolling basis.

Applicants must complete and submit all admission materials before June 30.
