UW Aerodynamics Lab (UWAL)
The University of Wyoming Aeronautical Laboratories (UWAL) performs research in the areas of turbulence, turbulence control, and instrumentation for aerodynamic measurements. The group consists of several graduate students and faculty and interacts with several other groups on campus including the Institute for Scientific Computations and the UW Active Aero Center. UWAL has been supported by a variety of sources including the State of Wyoming, the Department of Defense (DOD), the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), the Department of Energy (DOE), and the National Science Foundation (NSF).
