MSLI - Empowering Leadershp through Engagement

 The Multicultural Student Leadership Initiative (MSLI) is a leadership program that pairs mentees (students in their first year at UW) with a student mentor and a faculty/staff mentor, creating an MSLI Triad.

The MSLI Triad works to get the mentee involved in student activities, focused on academic performance, and helps integrate the mentee into campus life in a positive manner.
