During our college years, both Renae and I decided to give a summer to work at Eagle Lake Camp. Ever since that decision, we have been working with the Navigators. We were both asked to come onto the full time staff at Eagle Lake and worked there together for 4 years. Afterwards, we have served on the collegiate staff at Colorado State University. In 2009 we accepted the call to lead the University of Wyoming.

We have both enjoyed our time with the Navs. We believe in the vision and especially believe in the people leading this ministry. Our job on campus is a joy and privilege as we walk alongside of students, living with them and helping them set patterns for their whole life that will honor the Lord. We get to work with a group of students who are dedicated to following the Lord and who are allowing their college years to be spent sharing the Gospel.

Renae and I look forward to seeing the lives of these students, years down the road, influence those who God brings into their path. Whether that be their family, friends, co-workers, and neighbors, the goal is that they would be seeking to eternally impact those people who will then impact others.
