Robert Jenkins Microscopy Facility Web site
The facility is run by Dr. Zhajoie Zhang. The facility houses a transmission electron microscope, scanning electron microscope, and both upright and inverted confocal microscopes. A separate histology room is equipped with materials for embedding, microtomes, and an ultramicrotome.
Imaging facilities
Several neuroscience groups have state-of-the-art digital imaging systems for the analysis of the central nervous system.
DNA microarrays
The University of Wyoming has a collaborative arrangement with the regional Gene Expression Core Facility. Services to members include RNA preparation, labeling and hybridization, scanning, and analysis for Affymetrix oligonucleotide and cDNA microarrays. Several Affymetrix workstations are on campus for microarray data analysis.
