CANDLELIGHT VIGIL Hundreds of university students, faculty and staff members and Laramie residents attended a candlelight vigil the night of Sept. 17 in memory of the eight UW students who died in a highway accident on Sept. 16. The event was organized by the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. Cowboy Swimmer Ted Dibble, president of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, read the names of the eight. He was followed dozens of other friends, teammates, family members, faculty and staff and athletics and university officials who shared their memories, love and appreciation of Justin M. Lambert-Belanger, 20, Timmins, Ontario, Cody B. Brown, 21, Hudson, Colo., Kyle N. Johnson, 20, Riverton, Wyo., Joshua D. Jones, 22, Salem, Ore., Morgan J. McLeland, 21, Gillette, Wyo., Kevin L. Salverson, 19, Cheyenne, Wyo., Nicholas J. Schabron, 20, Laramie, Wyo., and Shane E. Shatto, 19, Douglas, Wyo.
