Former President George H. W. Bush Visits UW

Oct. 25, 2005 -- Former President of the United States George H.W. Bush salutes the audience following his public discussion with former U.S. Sen. Alan Simpson Tuesday, Oct. 25, at the University of Wyoming. Looking on is UW President Tom Buchanan. Bush was in Wyoming to participate in the grand finale celebration of UW's DISTINCTION fundraising campaign, which raised nearly $204 million during a five-year period. Simpson was the campaign chairman.
