Saturday Oct. 25: 10-11:30am Tea time at 10 with Austen. Brunch hosted at Haille�s house to talk Austen and other literature.

 

Friday Nov. 7: 6:30-8pm: Sense and Sensibility (Literary and historical context part 2)

 

Saturday Nov. 15: 10-11:30am Tea time at 10 with Austen.

 

Saturday Nov. 29: 10-11:30am Tea time at 10 with Austen.

 

Friday Dec. 5: 6:30-8pm:  Sense and Sensibility (Finish literary, extra resources?)

 

Monday Dec. 15: 6-8:30pm:  Champagne Birthday feast for Jane Austen with the local members of the Jane Austen Society of North America at Altitude Chophouse.

 

 

Spring 2015

Tuesday, Jan. 27th: 7 pm in Classroom 129: Formational Meeting for Spring Semester

Spring Break Trip: March 13-22, 2015. (Provisional.  Leave Friday from DIA return Saturday or Sunday depending on flights, etc.)

  

Events to be planned/ in the process of planning

-          Regency dance (In the process of talking to Virginia to get this on campus next semester)

-          Jane Austen�s Kitchen (cooking research with Erika & Meghan. This will be on a separately announced night, not a regularly scheduled meeting night.)

-          Guest speaker about historical clothing design (Erin Irick in Family and Consumer Science will be teaching a historical clothing design class spring 15. Need to initiate contact and see if this is something she would be interested in)
