February 2011:
Why Join SNA?
Mentoring
Underclassmen are paired with upperclassmen who serve as mentors. So underclassmen can connect with someone who knows more about the nursing program; they can ask questions and ask for help in any areas that may be troublesome for them.
Fellowship
A great time to get together with students interested in the same subject: Nursing! Build camaraderie as you participate in various projects and activities.
Community Projects
Get involved and make a difference here and now through food drives, fund raisers for local charities, and participation in health fairs.
Leadership
Run for an office! Get involved on a deeper level.
National NSNA
Look beyond our state to see what's happening in nursing on the national scene.
