BRAND Getting Started: Once admitted to program

Admission Policies & Requirements

As part of your acceptance into the BRAND program, you are expected to provide documentation and/or abide by the following School of Nursing policies and requirements. It is your responsibility to keep these requirements current throughout the completion of the program. Failure to do so will result in your being prohibited from attending clinical.

Open the documents linked in #1 and #2 below and follow the directions:

1. BRAND Policies & Requirements: Informational Packet - MUST READ
   (Orientation, Uniforms, Travel, etc.) 

   • Directions:
     Open the above file and read it thoroughly. You will need to refer to this document when you fill out the checklist in #2 below

2. BRAND Policies & Requirements: Checklist & Forms - PRINT OUT & COMPLETE
   (includes all forms to complete for final admissions)

   • Directions:
     - Open the above file
     - Print out all pages
     - Fill out all forms according to the directions thereon
     - Complete and sign the checklist
     - Attach all completed forms to the checklist with a paperclip (no staples please)
