BRAND: Transcript Evaluation
When transferring credits to our BRAND program, you will find it beneficial to send transcripts to the School of Nursing for evaluation to determine your placement in our curriculum. Upon completion of the evaluation, you will receive an email from our office along with a copy of the evaluation results.
The UW Registrar's Office completes an evaluation of your transcripts following your admission to the University. Their office will determine whether or not your courses are found to have UW equivalencies and/or University Studies (USP) attributes. Pending approval/clearance on all transfer discrepancies by both the School of Nursing and the Registrar's, your transfer evaluation will be considered unofficial. The Registrar is the official evaluator and the School of Nursing further determines which courses are then applicable to the nursing curriculum. Evaluations processed by the School of Nursing are subject to change until they have been determined to be official.

Download the WORD document to your computer (see link at top of this page). Complete the form, print off and mail to the address indicated on the form. You can also complete the form and email as an attachment to BRAND@uwyo.edu.
$30 Transcript Evaluation Fee (non-refundable)The School of Nursing BRAND $30 transcript evaluation fee is paid online through the School of Nursing website. Go to the STUDENT FORMS Page for the "Fee Payment (School of Nursing Applications or Transcript Evaluation Fees)" link.
Request official transcripts from all schools attended to be sent directly to the School of Nursing (address is noted on the Transcript Evaluation Request Form) in order to be accepted as official. Our office copies all official transcripts received, forwarding originals to the UW Admission Office.
