Nurse Educator Program Overview
The University of Wyoming offers an online Master of Science program for nurses who wish to become nurse educators. This 36-hour online program requires one visit to campus for an initial fall orientation. Newly admitted students are required to come to campus for New Graduate Student Orientation at the beginning of their first fall semester. The 2015 orientation dates are now set: August 27-28, 2015.
For nurses considering applying for a start date of fall 2015, please note that the program of study will be full-time: i.e., nine credits per semester for four semesters. A part-time program of study will not be available.
Due to the transition to our new MS Nurse Leader program, no admissions will be taken for the fall of 2016.
