  $20.00 (Additional background check will be required if background check at time of admission has expired.)

• Malpractice Insurance for NURS 4985:
  $90.00-$150.00

• Name Tag for NURS 4985:
  $5.00

• Textbooks:
  Approximately $1,000.00 for entire program

• Graduation Fee:
