Online UW Help Desk

For technical assistance with Online UW and eCompanion, follow the options from the Tech Support button in the tool bar of the Online UW or eCompanion course. If you cannot access your course, call the Online UW Help Desk at 1-800-448-7801, x2. Or, email or chat with the Help Desk at http://247support.custhelp.com/. The Online UW Help Desk is available 24/7/365.

What courses does the Outreach School offer?

Click on one of the semester course schedule links to view a PDF file of our course catalog. Then scroll down till you see our course listing that includes course descriptions. Or, if you wait about 30 seconds, a queriable feature will load on this page that will help you target your course search.

I don’t know my Wyo Web password. How can I find that out?

If you have never logged-in to WyoWeb:

Access your username and initial use password, online, at https://wyoweb.uwyo.edu/cp/home/displaylogin. On the left-hand side, click on “Click here to get Your Username and Initial Password”, and follow the directions to obtain your username and initial use password.

If you have logged-in to WyoWeb before:

I got a Registration Add Error when I tried to register for a course. What does this mean?

A Registration Add Error means the registration system is blocking you from registering for a course for a specific reason. There are a number of Registration Add Errors that can occur, and it is important to note what specific Registration Add Error appears. Please note what specific Registration Add Error you are getting and call the OCP Front Desk (1-800-448-7801, x1) for help.

I am unable to login to Online UW and eCompanion. How do I get my username and password?

Online information about your Online UW and eCompanion username and login is available here http://www.uwyo.edu/outreach/ocp/online-uw/login-help.html. If you need further assistance, please contact the OCP Front Desk (1-800-448-7801, x1) and we will be happy to assist you.

Why is my online or eCompanion course not showing when I login to Online UW and eCompanion?

Please call the OCP Front Desk (1-800-448-7801, x1), and have your W# ready. We will confirm you course enrollment and, in most cases, add your course to your Online UW and eCompanion account.

I signed-up for an Audio Teleconferencing course and I don’t know how that works. Who can I talk to about attending this course?

Please call the OCP Front Desk (1-800-448-7801, x1), or contact your local UW Regional Center (http://www.uwyo.edu/outreach/regional-centers/index.html), for information on how your Audio Teleconferencing course works. Please know the course number when you call as we will ask you for it.

I did not get called for an audio conferencing course, what do I do?

Call the OCP Front Desk (1-800-448-7801, x1) and let the bridge operator know.  He or she will have you hang up and call you back for class.  It may take a few minutes for the bridge operator to answer, let it ring if necessary.

I don’t know where my Video Conferencing course meets. How can I find that out?

For information on where your Video Conferencing course meets please call the OCP Front Desk (1-800-448-7801, x1), or contact your local UW Regional Center (http://www.uwyo.edu/outreach/regional-centers/index.html), and know your course number when you call. We are happy to look-up your site location.

I’m having trouble installing Exam Guard onto my computer. Who do I call for help?
