The Outreach School and International Programs are proposing to merge into the School of Outreach and Internationalization, a combined unit under Academic Affairs. The mission of the School will be to provide educational opportunity outside of Laramie for the University of Wyoming and our partners throughout the state. With complementary missions and a history of close cooperation, both the Outreach School and International Programs believe this move will expand student and faculty learning opportunities globally.
Dr. Anne Alexander, Director of International Programs and Dr. Maggi Murdock, Associate Provost for Academic Affairs and Dean of the Outreach School will be hosting two discussion sessions open to the University of Wyoming community on November 13 and 14.
On Tuesday, November 13 a discussion session will be held in Old Main room 404 from 4:00pm to 5:00pm.
On Wednesday, November 14 another discussion session will be held in Old Main room 404 on the UW Laramie campus from 12:00pm to 1:00pm. In addition to the meeting location in Laramie, this session will be connected to meeting sites statewide through the Outreach Video Network (OVN). These OVN sites include:
Cheyenne – LCCC campus, room AB 208
Casper – UW/Casper College Center, room LH 4
Cody - Park County Bldg., room 1
Powell – NWC campus, room ORB 122
Riverton – CWC campus, room ITECC 120E
Rock Springs – WWC campus, room 1229C
Sheridan – Sheridan College campus, room Griffith 13
Torrington – Lincoln Community Complex, room 152
