UW/CC Education Students-  Phase III 2013-2014

UW/CC Phase III applications are now available. An Education Town Hall Meeting to discuss Phase III applications and requirements will be Oct. 17^th at 4pm in Physical Science Building- Room 103. This meeting is extremely important and UW/CC Education students should make plans to attend.

Please review all documents and instructions prior to submitting materials to ensure successful processing. 

Forms should be printed, filled out, and submitted to Tanya Sell (AD 193) by the deadlines as listed on the forms.

Important: When downloading Phase III application forms, please assure you are using the most current version of Adobe Reader. All applications must be submitted single-sided. A copy of the front and back of your Wyoming Substitute Teaching Permit (double-sided) must be included. The UW/CC Center education adviser will not copy your permit for you. Check your UW student email for information on important meetings.

Phase III applications are due no later than December 2 by 5 p.m. to the UW/CC Center education adviser.
