Consulting
My consulting activities focus on providing litigation support and expert testimony in antitrust cases. These cases involve violations of the Sherman, Clayton, and Robinson-Patman Acts, and related state legislation. My work deals with defining the market, calculating market shares, evaluating business conduct, and calculating damages. I also have experience in providing economic analysis for patent infringement cases. The end of my vita lists recent cases for which

include energy, hospitals and medical devices, dog food, rock and roll music,
and furniture. I have very good relationships with firms in the Rocky
