The University of Wyoming School of Pharmacy was founded in fall 1946 under the leadership Dr. David W. O'Day as part of an expansion of university offerings by UW President George Duke Humphrey following World War II. These distinguished individuals have led the School through many changes since it was founded and have helped the School become known for excellence in pharmacy education, research, and service.
