The University of Wyoming School of Pharmacy is proud to announce the Class of 2013!

The UW School of Pharmacy Class of 2013 received their Doctor of Pharmacy degrees during the UW College of Health Sciences commencement ceremonies on Saturday, May 11.

Class of 2013 Future Plans

Members of the Class of 2013 shared their future plans which include residencies, hospital, retail, and community pharmacy, and spending time with family.

Opal Anderson, Staff Pharmacist, Safeway, Casper, Wyoming. I will be moving back to my hometown to work in retail pharmacy.

Juanita Bonner, Assistant Pharmacy Manager, Shopko, Rawlins, Wyoming. I am very interested in direct patient care and medication therapy management services, both of which are very rewarding and why I am passionate about Pharmacy.
 
Melinda Carroll, Staff Pharmacist/Pharmacy Manager, King Soopers Pharmacy, Cheyenne, Wyoming. After graduation, I plan to work in community pharmacy with the goal of gradually moving up in the Kroger Corporation.

Stephanie Cohn, Pharmacy Resident, Poudre Valley Hospital, Fort Collins, Colorado. My future plans include completing my PGY1 Residency and possibly pursuing a second year residency and ultimately working as a clinical pharmacist.

Evan Crump, Overnight Staff Pharmacist, Walgreens, Cheyenne, Wyoming. I plan on living in Laramie with my wife and baby daughter while my wife finishes school.

Craig Dana, Pharmacist, Wal-Mart. I plan to work in community pharmacy.

Pam Darrow, PGY1 Resident, West Virginia University Healthcare's PGY1 Residency Program, Morgantown, West Virginia.

Monique Eboumbou, Staff Pharmacist, Ivinson Memorial Hospital, Laramie, Wyoming. I plan on working in a hospital pharmacy.

Randee Gelatic, PGY1 Community Care Resident, North Country Healthcare, Flagstaff, Arizona. Community Pharmacy Residency with focus in Disease State Management.

Emily Griesbach, Float Pharmacist, Albertsons, LLC, Seattle, Washington. I plan on working in Retail Pharmacy.

Maggie McKenzie Grooms, Staff Pharmacist, Walgreens, Cheyenne, Wyoming. I plan to work in community pharmacy. Nicholas and I will be living in Laramie and enjoying life after pharmacy school.

Ryan Hansen, Heading back to the Northwest to pursue a career in retail pharmacy.

Christopher Izzo, Unsure at this time.

Michelle R. Kron, Pharmacist, Walgreens, Northeastern Colorado. I am excited about beginning my career as a retail pharmacist at Walgreens.

Adrianna K. Lindgren, Staff Pharmacist, Safeway, Casper, Wyoming. I plan to work in community pharmacy.

Sage McCann, Staff Pharmacist, CVS, San Luis Obispo, California. I plan to work in community pharmacy.

Bailey McComb, Pharmacy Manager, Safeway, Show Low, Arizona.

John P. Mildenberger, Relief Pharmacist, Walgreens, Northeastern Colorado. I plan to work in retail pharmacy. Yippee!

Erin Michelle Nemec, Staff Pharmacist, Town and Country, Cheyenne, Wyoming. I will be working as a community pharmacist at Town and Country, an independent pharmacy in Cheyenne.

Jennifer M. O'Day, PGY1 Pharmacy Resident, VA Black Hills Healthcare System, Hot Springs campus, Hot Springs, South Dakota. I will be joining the VA Black Hills as their resident for the Hot Springs location. After I finish my residency I would love to stick with the VA and get a job after graduating.

Jordon S. Proctor, Floater Pharmacist, Safeway, Denver, Colorado. I plan to work in retail pharmacy.

Cole B. Rearden, Pharmacist, Silver Creek Pharmacy, Taylor, Arizona. I will be working at an independent retail pharmacy that recently added compounding as a provided service.

Jesse A. Reilly, Unsure at this time.

Benjamin Joseph Scott, PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Resident, Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare-St. Joseph Hospital, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I plan to complete my PGY1 residency and then move on to a PGY2 residency in critical care.

Kimberly G. Seratt, PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Resident, Cheyenne VA Medical Center, Cheyenne, Wyoming.

Kara Ann Springer, Pharmacy Resident, University of Washington School of Pharmacy PGY1 Community and Ambulatory Care Program Residency at Valley View/Providence Pharmacy, Monroe, Washington.

Shannon M. Thomas, Staff Pharmacist, CVS, Tucson, Arizona. I will be joining the CVS team in Tucson after graduation.

Stacey Veltman, Staff Pharmacist, Kmart, Cheyenne, Wyoming.

Bryan Wessman, Pharmacist, Walgreens, Jackson, Wyoming. I am excited to be a part of the opening of a new store in a unique community!
