Wenyong Wang

Professor Wenyong Wang received a physics Ph.D. degree from Yale University in 2004, and worked as a research associate at the Semiconductor Electronics Division of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). He joined UW in 2008, and his research interest is in the fabrication and characterization of nanoscale electronic devices, such as self-assembled molecular junctions, novel magnetoelectronic devices, hybrid silicon-molecular junctions, and nanostructure-based photovoltaic devices.
