Faculty studying genetic markers
Genetic markers are emerging as an important tool for ecology, and are being used by several Wyoming ecologists in a variety of studies. The University has developed a core facility for DNA sequencing and genotyping, the Macromolecular Analysis Core (MAC). MAC has staff expertise, equipment, and software for ecological and evolutionary applications of genetic markers.
