What are my options if I fail one or more exams?

1.  An individual can take and fail an exam 2 times.  After the 2nd time, he/she must receive additional training from some source before they can take the exam a 3rd or 4th time.

2.  Unknown as to what training is available.  Finding/attending the training is the responsibility of the person needing it.  It can come from "in-house", from industry, from UW or wherever.  An apprenticeship would work, as long as the supervisor could document/verify the training.  There is no hour requirement.

3.  Wyoming does have a "direct supervision" regulation that allows a non-certified applicator to work under the direct supervison of a certified applicator.  However, being supervised from Rapid City is not reasonable and we would not allow that under our regulations.
