1. An individual can take and fail an exam 2 times. After the 2nd time, he/she must receive additional training from some source before they can take the exam a 3rd or 4th time.
2. Unknown as to what training is available. Finding/attending the training is the responsibility of the person needing it. It can come from "in-house", from industry, from UW or wherever. An apprenticeship would work, as long as the supervisor could document/verify the training. There is no hour requirement.
3. Wyoming does have a "direct supervision" regulation
that allows a non-certified applicator to work under the direct supervison
of a certified applicator. However, being supervised from Rapid City
is not reasonable and we would not allow that under our regulations.
