The following businesses have been authorized to do catering for all departments on campus, excluding the Wyoming Union.  These caterers have furnished all their necessary paperwork, which includes proof of insurance and a food permit or restaurant license.  These individual catering agreements will cover all catering events (or food) you provide on campus throughout the year (based on fiscal year).  Vendors not on this list will be subject to filling out a catering agreement.

 As a reminder, University Catering is to be given first rights of refusal (UniReg 2-178, (g) (i).

 Original contracts will be held in the Accounts Payable Office with copies on file in Procurement Services.  You will not be required to secure additional contracts if you use one of these vendors.
