For the IELTS exam, we require a minimum overall score of 6.5, with minimum scores of 6 in each subset, and the score must be at least two years current.
The master's degree program is 33 credit hours. All the classes are delivered either online or through a blended format (online and audio conferencing) with the exception of the Capstone defense, which includes a Friday session in the spring on the Laramie campus.
Although we give priority to our program students, beginning Spring Semester 2017, we welcome you to take up to six credits of required courses (two courses), no exceptions, as a non-degree seeking student. Any hours earned can be transferred into your program of study, if you are admitted into the program (courses taken must be within 4 years of admittance). The three online courses are: ADED 5050 (offered Summer & Fall), ADED 5020 (offered Fall) and ADED 5510 (offered Spring).
The next Master's Capstone event is scheduled for Friday, April 14, 2017.
The University of Wyoming was ranked 11th in the nation for best value!
