Graduate studiesThe University of Wyoming offers opportunities for graduate study leading to a doctoral degree in Psychology. Students apply to and enroll in one of four areas: Clinical Psychology (an APA accredited scientist-practitioner training program), Social Psychology, Cognition/Cognitive Development, and Psychology and Law. Research collaborations across areas are encouraged.

Frequently Asked Questions about the University of Wyoming Graduate Programs in Psychology

Most graduate students in Psychology earn the Master's degree as part of their Ph.D. program. Students who are interested in completing only the Master's degree are typically not admitted.
