Jeffrey McDonald, Brand Strategist of Institutional Marketing
Jeff McDonald joined Institutional Marketing in 2014 with over 8 years of experience in marketing and management for UW, including the Outreach School and the Copy & Print Center. Prior to his time with UW, Jeff worked in advertising design and sales in the newspaper industry.
A graduate of the UW College of Business and with family ties in Wyoming spanning 4 generations, Jeff has tremendous pride in the University of Wyoming and the state. His family is rooted across Wyoming, including Teton, Fremont and Natrona Counties.
When not strategizing new ways to develop the UW brand image, Jeff enjoys pursuing his passion for fly fishing and traveling the state with his wife and daughter. Jeff also volunteers his time with Laramie Valley Trout Unlimited protecting and restoring cold-water fisheries in the valley and mountains surrounding Laramie.
