The Adult Wellness Program gives members the opportunity to improve overall health, conquer challenging fitness goals, increase confidence, and learn proper exercise techniques to amplify their experience in a fun and motivating environment. We aim to create a realistic and lasting passion for health and fitness in adults that can be sustained for life.
Our mission is to focus on the safety and overall wellness of our participants. In doing so, we take great pride in the instructional activities offered to our members.
Informational Meetings: Monday, January 30, 2017 at Noon or 5:30 pm (choose one meeting) in the Half Acre Classroom, Room 115
Assessment Fairs: Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at noon or Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at 5:30 pm
Workouts: Beginning Friday, February 3, 2017 in the Half Acre Fitness Studio. Workouts held:
Mondays and Wednesdays from 12:00 - 1:00 pm or 5:30 - 6:30 pm
Fridays from 12:00 - 1:00 pm
Cost: Included with current Campus Recreation membership
Program will begin February 3, 2017 through April 28, 2017.
No sessions over spring break, March 13-17
Group will meet in the Fitness Studio on the third floor.
Adult Fitness will follow pre-planned workouts led by trainers, interns and volunteers. Workout structure will be circuits or fitness class-style.
Interested in signing up? Sign up sheet and forms will be handed out at the informational meetings or visit the Campus Recreation front desk pinch point where you can sign up with a Service Window Assistant.
