Kyle Day

Kyle is a Wyoming native.  She holds a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology and is currently returning to school to receive her second Bachelor's degree in nutrition.  Kyle works as a personal trainer and Group Fitness Instructor currently teaching Six Pack Attack and manages the Adult Wellness Program.  Kyle is certified through American Council on Exercise (A.C.E.).  Some of her hobbies include hiking, camping, softball and tennis.
