Outdoor Program|Campus Recreation

Bekah Taylor is one of the Outdoor Program Graduate Assistants and is currently working on a Masters of Natural Science Education. Bekah attended and graduated from the Teton Science School's Graduate Program. The Teton Science Graduate Program has an emphasis on Place-Based Education in the greater Yellowstone ecosystem. Before her time in WY, Bekah received a B.S. in Outdoor Recreation, Parks and Tourism with a double major in Psychology from Southern Utah University.

As a passionate student, educator, and outdoor enthusiast, Bekah’s work experience has been very diverse. She has worked with students of all ages across the country. Before working on her Master’s, Bekah worked for Jackson Hole Parks and Recreation as a supervisor of the Woolybuggers; Outward Bound as an assistant river guide instructor, and Kingsley Pines as a Trip Director. She has received the Storer Scholarship Award and the Governors Honors Academy Scholarship. Bekah’s personal hobbies include rafting, kayaking, mountain biking, climbing, and skiing.
