Big Sky Mindfulness Stress Reduction Workshop

Thank you for your interest in the Big Sky Mindfulness Stress Reduction workshop.  Review the Big Sky Workshop syllabus.

The Big Sky workshop is designed to help people learn how to use mindfulness based skills, including meditation, to decrease stress and create more life satisfaction.

There will be a total of 4 sessions that meet one time per week for 80 minutes. Workshop participants will need to commit to: attending all 4 sessions; practicing a mindfulness based skill for 10 minutes a day during the four week group; and, reading the assigned pages from Jon Kabat-Zinn's book Where-ever You Go, There You Are (1994; ISBN 978-1-4013-0778-3). The book may checked out through the Wellness Center, or purchased through a bookstore.
