How Do I Sign Up?

Enrollment in the Health Leadership Certificate Program is simple and free!  To sign up, fill out a short application form.  After that, we will contact you to set up a short meeting with the Assistant Director for Wellness for an overview of the program (20-30 minutes).  You will track your own progress in the program and then submit your portfolio upon completion for review.  You will receive regular emails from Wellness Center staff that provide you with information on upcoming health-related programs.  There is no time limit on participating, however, it is strongly encouraged to complete the program within two semesters.
