No More

NO MORE is a public awareness and engagement campaign focused on ending domestic violence and sexual assault. Using its signature blue symbol to increase visibility and foster greater dialogue, NO MORE seeks to break social stigma, normalize the conversation around domestic violence and sexual assault, and increase resources to address these urgent issues. Launched in March 2013 by a coalition of leading advocacy groups, service providers, the U.S. Department of Justice, and major corporations, NO MORE is aligned with hundreds of organizations working at the local, state, and national levels on prevention, advocacy, and services for survivors.

The University of Wyoming is participating in the No More campaign to raise awareness and to show support for those who have experienced sexual misconduct. We echo NO MORE’s message that “it’s time for all of us to get off the sidelines.” All UW employees and students are encouraged to take the pledge (http://nomore.org/take-action/pledge) to learn about these issues and talk openly about them, to support survivors, and to speak up. You can download a UW-specific version of the NO MORE logo to add to your email signature to show that we say “No More” to sexual violence at UW. Print a sign and update your social media profile with a picture explaining why you say “No More.” There are sample messages you send to friends and family to help spread the word as well. Make your voice heard!

Together we can end domestic violence and sexual assault at the University of Wyoming and in our community.
