First Time Students
Payment of the UW Enrollment Deposit is required in order to gain access to the online application system. Once you have paid the enrollment deposit, you can access the housing application through Destination You-W in WyoWeb.

A Viewbook will be mailed to you. If you'd like to complete your application without waiting, please read the Viewbook and Contract Terms online first!

Please note: Once you have completed your Enrollment Deposit, all communications from Residence Life & Dining Services, including your application confirmation will be sent to your @uwyo.edu Email account.

Returning Students
& Graduate Students
Log in to WyoWeb and click on the Student Resources tab to apply for housing (The Residence Life & Dining Services box is the 3rd box down on the left).
Returning students must pay their housing deposit separately. Students currently living in the residence halls do not need to pay a new deposit if applying before May 1, as we will keep your current deposit toward the new contract.

Summer Housing Application

Bison Run Village
There is a $75 non-refundable application fee. A $200 refundable deposit + first month's rent is due at signing (new residents only). Please read our Bison Run Village FAQ page before applying.

Traditional UW Apartments 
Potential new residents can apply for River Village, Landmark Village or Spanish Walk here.
