Apartment Rental Payments

Deposit Payments

Students may pay their Residence Life & Dining Services application deposit in one of two ways:

  1. Pay online at https://commerce.cashnet.com/uw_apts

  2. Mail deposit payment in with application materials

Payment Procedures

Apartment furniture and rent payments are due on the first of the month to the Cashier's

**Unpaid rent will be charged to the student's university account

Failure to Pay

Failure to pay rent is considered a breach of contract and the University Apartments Responsibilities and Rights, and could result in lockout from an apartment, late payment charges, eviction charges, collection agency fees, and/or eviction from University Apartments housing.

Special arrangements for delayed payments should be made in advance of the payment due date with the Accounts Receivable office (307-766-6232). Late payments may incur a fee.
The resident agrees to all charges arising from failure to pay rent according to this contract.
