Cost of Living in the University Apartments
Rates for River Village, Landmark Village and Spanish Walk include all utilities, as well as internet, local phone access and expanded basic cable TV.
TRADITIONAL APARTMENT RATES
All Traditional Apartments Rates Include ALL Utilities.
There is a $75 non-refundable application fee for the Traditional Apartments.

BISON RUN VILLAGE RATES
Bison Run Village Rates include internet, expanded basic cable tv, local phone access, water, sewer, trash, and an allowance toward gas & electric. Gas & electric charges incurred above the allowance are billed to the resident. There is a $75 non-refundable application fee for Bison Run Village. A $200 deposit and the first month's installment are due at lease signing.

Rent Payments
Apartment payments are due on the first of the month via the Residence Life Channel in WyoWeb or delivered in person to the Apartments Office at 2612 Willett Drive.
Failure to Pay
Failure to pay rent is considered a breach of contract and the University Apartments Responsibilities and Rights, and could result in lockout from an apartment, late payment charges, eviction charges, collection agency fees, and/or eviction from University Apartments housing. Special arrangements for delayed payments should be made in advance of the payment due date. Late payments may incur a fee.
