Free shuttle bus service to many campus locations is available to residents during school days. Check out TransPark's website for more info.

Parking

Free Parking in University Apartments lots is restricted to current apartment residents and their guests.

Cable Television

Basic cable television connection is included in the rent. Premium channels, such as HBO and Disney, may be added for a monthly fee through Bresnan Communications.

Internet & Computer Access

Internet access is provided through ResNet wireless connections or ethernet. Find out more about connecting to the Internet through the ResNet Service by visiting www.uwyo.edu/resnet, calling 766-2989, or sending email to resnet@uwyo.edu.

Community Center

The Apartments Community Center includes study and community space, computer access and more.

Family Activities and Children's Programs

A variety of social, recreational, educational and cultural programs are offered throughout the year. Programs are designed to help develop friendships and to create a sense of community among residents.

Laundry Facilities

Washer/dryer hook-ups are available in Landmark Village and River Village apartments. Spanish Walk Apartments have coin-operated laundry rooms in each building. Bison Run Village Apartments include a washer and dryer.

Maintenance/Repair

Our Maintenance Office assumes responsibility for all repairs. Residents are expected to replace light bulbs, properly dispose of garbage and keep their apartments and grounds clean and free of hazards. Emergency Maintenance is provided on a 24-hour basis. Playgrounds

Swing sets, sandboxes, and grassy play areas are located in the apartment complexes. Three large ADA-accessible play units are available in Landmark Village and River Village apartments. Remember, adult supervision is required for children in playground areas.

Storage

University Apartments does not provide storage space for residents' personal items or university property. On-site bicycle storage lockers may be rented on a monthly basis by contacting Vending Services at 766-4104. Bicycle racks are located in every apartment area and residents are encouraged to properly secure bicycles in provided facilities.

Safety

With your help our community can be a safe place to live. University Police patrol the apartment areas and bar guards, door viewers and other features help ensure safety. Remember to always lock exterior doors. Also, supervision of children is the responsibility of residents.
