We are seeking highly motivated individuals to be a part of an energetic and dynamic Residence Education team! For the 2013-2014 academic year we have four GRC positions available. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of residence life and community living, experience in student programming, and the desire to build community through regular interactions with Resident Assistants (RAs) and residents.
The GRC lives in a residence hall and assists in the development and supervision of a student staff and hall senate, manages the operations of a 24 hour front desk, serves as an on-call administrator, and serves on Departmental committees.
The residence hall should provide an atmosphere that is conducive to study as well as social interaction and individual development. GRCs work with RAs, students, and other RLDS personnel to promote a socially, culturally, and educationally enriching experience for students in the residence halls.

The GRC position is a 10-month/live-in position. GRC’s must be full-time graduate students. A minimum overall cumulative and semester GPA of 3.0 for graduate, 2.0 for law, and 2.0 for pharmacy is required each semester while in the position.
A room within a Residence Hall furnished with a queen bed, micro-fridge, dresser, desk, and private bathroom is provided. Additionally, a fifteen meal plan per week when the Dining Center is in operation and a parking permit are provided to GRCs.
