UWyo and UWresnet

Connecting to Wireless

Mac OS X 10.5 - 10.7

1.		Click on Wireless icon on Menubar.
2.		Select UWresnet for the Residence Halls and apartments (except River Village). On Campus select UWyo.
3.		Enter UWYO\ username and your password and click OK
4.		Click Continue
5.		Enjoy!

Windows 7/Vista:

1.		click on Wireless icon on taskbar.
2.		Select UWresnet for the Residence Halls and apartments (except River Village). On Campus select UWyo.
3.		Enter UWYO\ username and your password and click OK
4.		Click Connect
5.		Enjoy!

Configuring Windows XP:

Since XP must be manually configured and can take quite a lot of digging into system settings to get UWresnet to work.  UWIT made a script that will add the UWyo or UWresnet and even install the certificate.  Click the link below and follow the instructions.
