The Wyoming Small Business Development Center offers specialized consulting in many areas in addition to business consulting. In an effort to better help businesses with questions in their own industry, the Wyoming Small Business Development Center has brought in industry experts, funded in part by the SBA Jobs Act. We currently offer three specific areas and one to help special areas for any industry:

Advantage In Retail Institute
The Wyoming Entrepreneur SBDC's Advantage in Retail Institute will provide quality instruction, how to's and information via webinar in 8 weekly workshops to help retail owners, managers, and employees:

Make positive exciting changes to their work environment

Help their business grow their own bottom line

Provide the customer service their customers expect
The weekly webinars will be presented by Karen St.
Clair, MBA, covering topics such as Customer Service, Back Office
Management Skills, Retail Procedures, Marketing, Inventory Management
and more. Normally this program costs $299, but through Wyoming
Entrepreneur you may be eligible to participate for only $49.

Strategic Patent Management Program
The Wyoming Entrepreneur SBDC's Strategic Patent Management Program provides personal, focused access to an expert in intellectual property. The program package includes:
- A single consultation session with Jeff Carpenter from Development Capital Networks (DCN) at no cost to the applicant (up to 1 hour, 50 minutes)
- One additional 30-minute follow-up session with DCN at no expense to the applicant
- Attendance at "Strategic Patent Management for Entrepreneurs Workshop", a half-day program held Monday, June 18 in Laramie WY, which is required for program participation and includes a $95 registration fee.

Construction Company Consulting
Construction companies face many of their own challenges that can be overcome with the right help. Wyoming Entrepreneur SBDC can provide that right help with a consultant providing help specifically for construction companies. Industry Expert Program
Our Wyoming Entrepreneur SBDC team knows from experience the wide variety of businesses in different industries and that many need help with the particularities of those industries.
