5:00-8:00 p.m.                   Pizza and Science Demonstrations, sponsored by UW Department of Physics and Astronomy 

8:00 p.m.                           Scientific Review and Display and Safety Committee views/checks projects

8:00-8:30 a.m.                   Judges registration - Wyoming Union Senate Chambers

8:30-9:00 a.m.                   Judges meeting - Wyoming Union Senate Chambers

9:00-11:30 a.m.                 Judges review projects without students

8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.       Self-guided tours available in some locations - TBA by Science Posse 

10:00-11:00 a.m.               Lab Tours  - information will be sent from Science Posse

11:00 a.m.-12:15 p.m.        Lunch for teachers and students (on their own)

12:30-4:00 p.m.                 Student interviews by judges - students remain at their projects

1:00-3:00 p.m.                   WSTA meeting: sponsored by Science and Math Teaching Center (SMTC) Wyo Hall 402; snacks provided

4:00-5:00 p.m.                   Public viewing of projects - students are at their projects

5:15 p.m.                          Buses load/walk to Crane Hall

5:30-6:00 p.m.                   Sponsor tables - students visit with sponsor representatives

6:00-7:30 p.m.                   Banquet - Crane Hall

                                           Presentation of Special Awards, ISEF, Industry awards

10:15-11:45 a.m.               Final Awards Ceremony - Arts & Sciences Auditorium

                                           Presentation of Sweepstakes and Division Awards, University of Wyoming scholarships

8:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m.         Public viewing of projects - Wyoming Union Ballrooms

12:00-12:30 p.m.               Project tear-down
