Volunteers Needed
- Judges - Judging the science fair projects in
the University of Wyoming Union.

Scientific Review Committee (SRC) - reviewing
project paperwork and set-up.

Set-up - tables, chairs, student booths, and project
numbers.

Registration - assist presenters in finding
their project space and what to do if they have an SRC violation.

Security - no parents or teachers are allowed on
the floor during judging.

Data Entry - enter judging scores into data base.

Protocol - check that projects have no
chemicals, food, or dangerous materials at their display; review size and
proper paperwork on display.

Envelope Stuffers - (Late evening, after
judging) - Coordinate judging paperwork to appropriate schools.

Awards - coordinate awards and enter names onto
certificates.

Judge Registration - check in judges and distribute
name badges and judging materials.

Tear-down Crew - tear down and stack tables,
chairs, and student booths.
