Hilton Garden Inn UW Conference Center, Laramie, Wyoming

Objective

To bring stakeholders together who have collaborative interests to engage in a thought provoking discussion on key energy topics currently at play in Wyoming.

Goals

Facilitate robust discussion and education of current critical topics, address the role of technology as it may affect or drive public policy and identify opportunities for solution building in the public interest.

Solicit input for issues warranting attention for securing a sustainable Wyoming natural resource future.

Collaboration of the College of Law's Center for Law and Energy Resources in the Rockies (CLERR) with affiliated groups and the legal community, with the hope of enhancing collaborative relationships.

Click here for a conference agenda.  The conference will begin with a breakfast buffet at 7:00am on Wednesday, November 13.  The conference will begin promptly at 8:00am and conclude with a cocktail reception from 4:00pm-6:00pm.

Registration

Due to high numbers of registrations there will be no walk-in registrations awarded on the day of the conference. If you wish to be added to the conference waitlist please contact Kelly Garvey at serforum@uwyo.edu or 303-842-2617. For those already registered, a final agenda, conference information and confirmation letter will be emailed to you by Wednesday, November 6, 2013. CLE Credits

Attendees are welcome to apply with the Wyoming Bar Association and the Colorado Bar Association for CLE credits for attending the conference. The WBA and CBA will award 6.25 CLE credits for participation in the conference.  Credits will not be given directly by the conference organizers, please contact the associations directly.

Accommodations

Attendees can book their own hotel accommodations at the Hilton Garden Inn in Laramie, Wyoming. Please call the hotel front desk at 307-745-5500 and ask to book a room under the "UW Law Conference" at the group rate of $99.00 per night plus taxes.

Group Rate: Please note that the group rate is subject to availability.  All rooms at the group rate of $99.00 must be booked by October 24, 2013.

Hotel Reservation and Cancellation Policy:  All reservations must be accompanied by a first night's room deposit.  All reservations must be cancelled by 6:00pm on the day prior to your arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee equal to one night's room and tax.  Attendees are responsible for calling the hotel directly to cancel their hotel reservation.
