Energy Resources & Produced Water Conference

Event Details:

The Energy Resources Produced Water Conference, convened by the University of Wyoming's Ruckelshaus Institute and the School of Energy Resources, is intended to advance the understanding of current research and monitoring projects related to the management, treatment, protection, and use of water associated with energy development in Wyoming and the West. The conference will cover produced water issues from various types of energy development, including, oil, gas, coalbed natural gas, coal mining, uranium, and carbon sequestration.

The format for the two-day conference will consist of oral presentations in concurrent sessions as well as a display of posters. Applicants can indicate via the online submittal form below a preference to present orally in a paper session, or as a poster.

Click here to submit an abstract form. Please complete one abstract form for each presentation or poster submittal. Abstracts are due no later than 5 p.m. Mountain Time, March 5, 2010.

Registration
Click here to register for the conference. There is no charge to attend the conference. Registration is by Friday, May 14, 2010. Presenters are also asked to register online.
