- MBNA Waiver
- UW Nordic Waiver
- Training Goals Sheet
- Health History Form
- Training Schedule
- Training Log
- Skate Skis (rock skis if possible)
- Skate Poles
- Skate Boots
- Ski Clothing (it won’t be that warm at 6:30am so bring warm clothes)
- Running Shoes
- Training clothes (it should be warmer for the running workouts)
- Water Bottle
- Day pack/backpack (for carrying things to and from workouts)
- Sunglasses
- Sunscreen
- Bugspray
- Sleeping Bag and pillow (it will get cold at night so bring warm stuff for sleeping! It snowed last year!)
- Towel
- Toiletries
- Non-training clothes (make sure to bring something warm for the evenings, it will be pretty cold!)
