What is the WyTRIAD?

The Wyoming Triad (WyTRIAD) is a structured professional development process. It synthesizes research about the teaching-and-learning process into practical application. Embedded within the WyTRIAD is a constructivist instructional model that fosters conceptual change.

During the experience, the classroom teacher, building administrator and professional development facilitator develop a long-term partnership to create and environment that is dedicated to 1) examining what is happening in the classroom; and 2) improving the learning experiences of students.
