Teaching Philosophy

We all have the capacity to learn something new every day - but we must be open to the learning opportunity.  In order to catch those windows of opportunity many different ways of sharing the information must be incorporates into the classroom.  Sometimes information must be shared in a variety of different ways as different times in order for it to "click".  The educator must be aware of the dynamics in the classroom and respond appropriately in order to enhance the learning environment.  The students are an important part of the teaching process and their role cannot be minimized.
